Muscle fenders give Kei-car a powerful appearance

At Tokyo Auto Salon 2022, the Mazda Savanna Wagon of team Kizuna & AMEMIYA modified works fender and chin spoiler by GODA Bankin, was an extremely attractive model on the stage for the audience. Expected again also in 2023 by many enthusiasts, but instead, the muscular but cute Chantez has stayed in the center.

GODA Bankin was produced with advice from AMEMIYA

The cool combination of candy blue body color and black over fender caught the thousands of eyes of enthusiasts at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2023.

It was registered as an exhibit by RE AMEMIYA, everyone thinks that was produced by Mr. Amemiya, but actually made by GODA Bankin who made the Savannah last year.

Mr. Komada of GODA Bankin says “Rotary Chantez is the hero of popular comics, ‘Yorosiku Mecha Doc’, that was my first knowledge of Mr. Amemiya. Someday I would like to make the rotary Chantez, taking the advice of Mr.Amemiya”

The power train is RE13B

Based on Mazda’s Kei-car Chantez 1973, the power train is rotary RE13B (capacity 654cc×2 rotor), adding TD06-20C turbocharger by Trust, intercooler, and oil cooler for FC35 by RE AMEMIYA, exhaust system made by FUJITUBO. 5 speed Transmission is combined. The Suspension is specially tuned by ENDLESS Function. Differential gear from MAZDASPEED. Its Brake system is replaced with 4-pot caliper/rotor/pad by ENDLESS for the front, rear brakes change the pad for the NA Roadster by ENDLESS. The piping of the brake system is also changed to ENDLESS. The wheels are chosen from WATANABE 8 spoke style, 7.5Jx13-3.5 for the front, 8Jx13-6 for the rear, combination with YOKOHAMA ADVAN A539 tire 175/50R13.

This was made basically by NA Roadster chassis and suspension set combined into Chantez, wearing works type over fender, chin spoiler, and rear spoiler.

Maybe this is a different Chantez by RE AMEMIYA original. but newly created by GODA Bankin with team Kizuna & AMEMIYA will make new drama in rotary power custom.
