Ultra-thin spoiler with body-colored cover

Let us introduce you to KUHL RACING’s 90 Voxy, which was entered in the “Osaka Auto Messe 2023” held in February 2023. KUHL RACING has a wide range of products, from minivans and SUVs to supercars, and sells new cars equipped with its products as complete cars. The complete cars are sold at seven stores nationwide.

Simple over-fenders are installed on both the front and rear

The 90 Voxy shown here was released by “Cruise by KUHL RACING”, a simple brand within the KUHL RACING lineup. A 10mm thick flap spoiler was installed. The chrome frame of the stock grille was covered with a body-color ABS resin cover for a sleek look. And a diffuser was installed under the rear bumper to create a simple yet cool style.

The suspension is another focal point. Overfenders have been fitted both front and rear with a 9mm overhang, which is legal, and the fender arches can be lowered by 10mm on the lower side.

With the stock fenders, the appropriate size for the 90 Voxy is 8.0J inset 40 on either 19 or 20 inches, but with these fenders, the car can be fitted with up to 8.0J inset 33 on both 19 & 20 inches.

The rim width itself is 8.0J, the same as the standard fenders, but a 7mm deeper wheel is available. 7.5J inset 45 was the deepest size for the 80 Noah series. Compared to this, a much more aggressive style is now possible.

The suspension has been upgraded with an original axle kit!

This Voxy has also been modified to run even deeper rims than the over-fender model above. By replacing the rear axle with the original product from KUHL RACING, the problem of the front side of the rear fender hitting the tire can be avoided when lowering the ride height with air suspension, etc. As a result, this demo car was able to use 20-inch wheels with an 8.0J inset 20 rim width.

Wheels are KUHL RACING’s latest creation, DDR01

The wheels are the DDR01, the latest creation from Verz Wheels, with Crystal Titanium + Bronze rims on the driver’s side and Crystal Black on the passenger’s side. The air suspension is the Air Force’s Super Performance.
